An underground ossuary...
The Catabombs of Paris is a maze of underground tunnels. Between the end of the 18th century and the middle of the 19th century, the town council ordered the bodies of 6 million people to be placed in the disused quarries.
Today, they are open to the public and are located a short walk from the hotel.
